Spectral Blademasters are the spirits of Altmer ravagers who can be found within the Ossuary of Telacar. They replaced Telacar Blademasters after an unknown patch.

Spectral Blademasters are ghostly Ayleid ravagers who can be in Shael Ruins.
Skills and AbilitiesEdit
RavagerEdit
- Quick Strike
- A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
- Uppercut
- A melee attack that deals moderate physical damage and knocks you back if it connects. This attack can be blocked to knock the Spectral Blademaster off balance instead.
- Cleave
- The Spectral Blademaster swings their weapon around, dealing minor physical damage to all targets in front of them. This attack has no red cone indicator.
- Desecrated Ground
- On death, the undead rarely desecrate the ground under them as indicated by a red circle. This does continuous moderate magic damage and snares all targets as well as healing undead enemies within the red circle.
Foot SoldierEdit
- Quick Strike
- A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
- Heavy Attack
- A heavy melee attack that does moderate physical damage. It can be blocked to set the enemy off balance.
- Throw Dagger
- The Spectral Blademaster backs away from the target and throws a dagger at the target. This attack snares, deals minor physical damage then very minor bleed damage over time. This attack can be interrupted to set the Spectral Blademaster off balance. The dagger can be blocked to prevent the snare and the bleed.
- Ignite
- A combo move that is only performed if Archers, Fire Mages or other fire using enemies (Flame Atronachs, Scamps etc.) are around. The Spectral Blademaster throws a glob of tar under the target's feet as indicated by a red circle. While this does no damage, standing in it snares. The Spectral Blademaster will call for the other enemy to light the tar (usually accompanied by a voice clip) and the red circle will burn, doing moderate flame damage over time to enemies within the red circle.
