Hlerynhul

Hlerynhul was initially founded as a fortified settlement to defend Lake Coronati and the Thirr River from invasions from the west, but nowadays its foremost concern is the movement of goods, not of troops.

Hlerynhul is home to a Fighters Guild chapter, as well as a Temple of Dibella and an Imperial Temple. There are a couple farms outside of the walls which feed its people, and are also assumed to be exporting goods to Narsis. Hlerynhul sits just outside of Narsis, and has no shortage of commerce coming through its walls to and from Narsis, as shown by the number of shops in the town. It houses a noble estate, namely the home of the Hylerns who rule over Hlerynhul. Lord Ivul Hleryn is the ruler of Hlerynhul and is also a member of the House Hlaalu council.

Getting There and AroundEdit

You can get to Hlerynhul via Silt Strider from Narsis, or from Hlan Oek, which you can get to from the major city of Bal Foyen. You can also take a boat from: Othmura, Sadrathim, Narsis, and Ald Iuval. The closest other place of civilization to it is the Vadaryn Plantation, to the southeast, near the bank of the nearby lake. The nearest small city is to the northeast, Ald Iuval. Take the south road from the small town and it goes straight to a sign that will direct you to Hlerynhul. To get here from Narsis by walking, can leave through the northwest exit from the Market Quarter, follow the paved brick road until you reach a sign at an intersection that points northeast, to a slightly-less fancy cobbled/dirt road. You can follow this road all the way to Hlerynhul.
